We need employers who are prepared to support the initiative by offering work placements to young people on training courses.

Employers are vital to e2e's success. We need as many organisations as possible, from large to small, national and multi-national and from craft to high tech.

Work based learning

First hand experience of the workplace is important. It helps young people make up their mind about the future and develops their confidence and skills. It gives them a taste of the wider skills and knowledge needed to be employable.

Becoming an e2e supporter

• All we ask is for the employer to pay the allowance if possible, to give the young person employed status.
• You will receive full support from e2e and our training providers.
