What are we looking for?
We need employers who are prepared to support the initiative by offering work placements to young people on training courses.
Employers are vital to e2e's success. We need as many organisations as possible, from large to small, national and multi-national and from craft to high tech.
Work based learning
First hand experience of the workplace is important. It helps young people make up their mind about the future and develops their confidence and skills. It gives them a taste of the wider skills and knowledge needed to be employable.
What's in it for you?
At first glance, you may think nothing much at all. But you'd be wrong. There are many benefits to employers, from answering skills shortages, becoming a real part of the community, and a chance to see whether a potential employee fits in with your organisation. Check out these case studies.
Becoming an e2e supporter
If you feel you can help a young person on e2e by offering a work placement, please contact us on 01484 437048 or email us. It won't cost you a penny, requires minimal administartion and could make a real difference to the life of a young person, who potentially could be your next recruit.
- e2e placements are designed to serve both the young persons and your needs.
- All we ask is for the employer to pay the allowance if possible, to give the young person employed status.
- You will receive full support from e2e and our training providers.
- All documentation will be completed by the Provider.
- Recruit your future apprentices
- Give something of your experience back.
