What is Entry to Employment and what's it all about?
e2e is designed to help young people not currently in education, training or employment move forward.
e2e is aimed at young people who may not know what they want to do in life, or need some help getting the skills they need to go on to a course, into apprenticeships or into a job.
e2e treats each young person as an individual. It looks at what they want to do and what support they need to achieve their goals.
e2e makes things a lot simpler and offers a fresh approach to providing young people with the help they need to find their way forward in life.
Who can go on e2e?
Young people who have left school but are not yet 19 (or in some cases up to 24), are not at school or college, not in training for a job.
What's on offer?
A wide range of activities, awards, training, work tasters and qualifications. This is not school!
As well as 1 to 1 support and training, young people will receive a weekly training allowance. Childcare expenses will also be met in full.
