Referral & recruitment |
Through Connexions, self- referral, support agencies or outreach workers

Initial Assessment and Induction |
Initial individual assessment. Identifying a starting point. 8 week assessment process. Individual learning plans.

e2e Curriculum |
Basic and/or Key Skills. Vocational skills and development. Personal and social development.

Reviewing Learner Process |
Reviewed every 2-4 weeks. Individual learning plan is assessed. New targets set.

Progression and Aftercare |
Modern Apprenticeships. Further Education. Employment with training Employment.

The length of time which a young person spends on e2e will be agreed between them, their Personal Adviser and the provider.
Each young person will be supported by a clearly identified member of the training staff from entry all the way through to progression and aftercare.
e2e makes a real difference
Even in the planning stage, when 11 LSCs became Pathfinder areas, assisting with the development and shaping of e2e, the programme proved a real success - helping young people move forward.
